Description

This control checks if there is a swap partition configured in /etc/fstab. Usually it should be there, depending on how the system has been configured.

How to solve

Check your /etc/fstab file for any line with "sw" or "swap" to determine if there is a swap partition at all. On Linux systems more details can be extracted by displaying the contents of /proc/swaps.
